Due to the nature of the manufacturer's billing requirements, your credit/debit card is charged immediately upon you placing your order. This is to procure your place in line for the items on order. Orders can not be cancelled once placed online or paid for through PayPal. Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed, and typically ship within 2-4 business days with the following exceptions:

Baby/Toddler Mattresses usually ship in 3-7 business days and can not be returned once opened due to health/sanitation concerns.

CUSTOM infant and child mattresses typically ship in 7-10 business days and are not returnable after they have been ordered.

All adult mattresses ship in approximately 2 to 4 weeks. However, they usually can be shipped immediately for an additional 12% of purchase price. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted to the manufacturer.

All CUSTOM adult mattresses are shipped in approximately 30 days and are not returnable after they have been ordered.

Backordered items take approx. 5-10 business days to ship.

Please keep in mind that address verification and credit card authorization must be received prior to processing. We are not liable for Shipping Carrier's Performance in any way since this is out of our control.

CRIB MATTRESSES: Our crib mattresses ground ship to Canada for around $80 of which we will pay $35. This does Not include any border duties or taxes. If this is a concern, please check your duties and taxes as well as UPS for any border collection fees they may charge. They ground ship to Alaska and Hawaii for around $150 of which we will pay $35.

Air Cleaners, Twin size or larger Mattresses & Furniture

When purchasing any of these heavy items you will be charged "estimated shipping" at checkout. If actual shipping charges exceed what you were quoted at checkout you will receive a shipping quote email for your exact destination. We feel sure you will like it, but if for any reason you don't, you are under No Obligation and your order will be canceled without hassle.

Lost shipment:

Lost items are subject to verification. In the event that you believe that your items have been lost or stolen please contact The Natural Organic Baby Inc. as soon as possible to help expedite process and claims.



We only sell what we can honestly say we believe in. Meaning, just because it's "organic" doesn't give it a "free pass" at our store. None of our products are made in China. We use 100% Long Staple Organic Cotton and our products are backed with solid warranty against all manufacturer defects. We value your trust and recommendations to your friends and family. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and ECheck through PayPal's Secure Shopping. Orders can not be cancelled once placed online or paid for through PayPal. We reserve the right to charge customer's credit card the additional shipping charge incurred if customer provides incorrect shipping address. I'm sure you'll agree this is only fair. If an item goes backordered you will be notified and given the option to wait or have that item removed from your order. If you decide to wait for the item to come in stock your credit card will be billed immediately. This is done in order to protect your place in line once the product goes to back "in stock" status.


We offer you easy returns under the following guidelines. We will gladly exchange or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling). Note: approved returns that were shipped for Free will be refunded the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged excluding our shipping cost. This is done only to recoup the cost of our shipping it to you. Certain items that have been opened AND that are agreed to be in returnable condition by our returns department will incur a 20% restocking fee.

1. Please click Contact Us on the navigation bar and request an RA# (Return Authorization) within 7 days of receipt of merchandise

2. Merchandise must be returned UNUSED, UNWASHED, and in BRAND NEW condition with manufacturer's tags intact with (no stains, fragrance, odors, tears etc.) to address provided in our Return instructions email.
Mattresses, toppers, pillows, and comforters must be in UNOPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGING


3. Returns are NOT accepted due to mold, sagging due to improper foundation or mistreating the mattress, (wood slats must be no more than 2.75 inches apart), customer rips and tears, or if the mattress has been folded or bent improperly.


Completely remove or cover the original shipping label. All original packaging and contents (products, manuals, bubble wrap, instructions, original invoice/copy of receipt must be enclosed. No packages can be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outside of package. Enclose a quick note saying why you are returning the product. Seal the package securely with tape. Be SURE to return the item to the address given to you by our return department.


Keep you shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We recommend you insure the package. We can not be held liable for returned merchandise that does not reach the return department. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.


If merchandise is Received damaged, sign as 'possible damage' and contact us through our Contact Us form. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, again be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the original packing (box, bubble wrap, tape etc) and email us to help expedite the claim. The limit of our liability is the replacement of any item you purchased from us.


Products can not be returned for the purpose of taking advantage of a sale. Meaning, if you purchase something and then that item goes on sale you may not return the item and then re-order it at the sales price. If we receive an order for an On Sale product that is the same product on return, you will receive an email letting you know that that product has been removed from your order. Believe me, we know how it feels to have missed a sale, but we must enforce this part of the return policy to avoid having a bunch of orders returned just because some of the items our customers had just purchased....just went on sale.
