SHIPPING TIME
Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed, and typically ship within 2-3 business days with the following exceptions:



Baby/Toddler Mattresses ships in 3-7 business days



All adult mattresses ship in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. However, they can be shipped immediately for an additional 12% of purchase price. All mattresses once opened can not be returned but can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.



All CUSTOM adult mattresses are shipped in 30 days and are not returnable after they’ve been ordered unless there is a manufacturing defect.



Please allow 6-8 weeks for Pacific Rim cribs to be made and shipped.


Please keep in mind that address verification and credit card authorization must be received prior to processing. We are not liable for Shipping Carrier's Performance in any way since this is out of our control.

CRIB MATTRESSES: Our crib mattresses ground ship to Canada for around $80 of which we will pay $35. UPS collects $25 clearance fee at the border. They ground ship to Alaska and Hawaii for around $150 of which we will pay $35.

Air Cleaners, Twin size or larger Mattresses & Furniture:
When purchasing any of these heavy items you will be charged "estimated shipping" at checkout. If actual shipping charges exceed what you were quoted at checkout you will receive a shipping quote email for your exact destination. We feel sure you will like it, but if for any reason you don't, you are under No Obligation and your order will be canceled without hassle.

For orders of $99 or more, we offer you a credit for the amount of ground shipping we would have paid had your destination been the Contiguous U.S. The best way to estimate your shipping is by choosing a method other than ground at checkout. Since rates vary widely on foreign orders you will be charged an "estimated" shipping amount at checkout. This should be close but may not cover the actual shipping for the item you ordered delivered to your particular address.
