Are bioidentical hormones used in natural hormone replacement therapy what you think? Does your natural hormone therapy contain chemicals?

You know at least two women having meltdowns, suffering from perI'menopause or menopause and not using natural hormone therapy. I was surgically forced into menopause at 35. Here came discouragement and depression, and I'm not a depressed person. Daily feeling like I was having a heart attack started, couldn't catch breath, couldn't talk ...just sat still, gently rubbing my chest to regulate my heartbeat. Lets talk sex drive. WHAT sex drive! It had been run over by the fat truck that hit my body. I wasn't even interested in looking at men anymore. No one caught my eye

I felt like I was nothing but an ugly, scaly, grey haired, old, broken down, uninterested, uninteresting, foggy minded, floater eye, sand paper faced fat lizard on the way to meeting a heart attack.

I crawled into bed, and said Lord, Please help me. I dont even know what to pray for, so I'm just asking you to help me ...for Mom's sake. Then it happened. Its important to take extra Vit E when taking fish oil so I take 1 Vit PURE E as d-alpha tocopherol by A.C. Grace company (the ONLY brand I would ever touch)

Same thing at lunch except I skip the vit E and fish oil and Add 500mg of Niacinamide by Thorne Research. Bedtime I take my second fish oil and of course apply my best friend...my natural hormone therapy cream :)

My heart isnt jumping around in my chest, and I've only had 2 hot flashes in 6 days, where I was plagued with 3-5/DAILY!! I'm not out of breath either. Praise the Lord! I'm feeling about 60% better in less than a week.
