Due to weight/Size, the following shipping charges exclude our furniture. IF ordering these heavy items, you will be charged $0 shipping at Checkout and will receive an email shipping quote usually within hours. We feel sure you will like your quote, but if for some reason you don't, you are under No Obligation and your order will be canceled without hassle.
Most likely, there won't be a charge to receive adult sized mattresses or cores in the lower 48 states. However, due to the constant rise in gas prices on a daily basis, we reserve the right to notify you should shipping costs rise above the point we can offer free shipping on these two items. You will have the opportunity to accept any additional shipping (IF there is any), or cancel your order Before it is submitted to the manufacturer.
SHIPPING TIME
Due to the nature of the manufacturer's billing requirements, your credit/debit card is charged immediately upon you placing your order. This is to procure your place in line for the items on order. Orders can not be cancelled once placed online or paid for through PayPal. Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed, and typically ship within 2-4 business days with the following exceptions:
Baby/Toddler Mattresses usually ship in 3-7 business days and can not be returned once opened due to health/sanitation concerns.
CUSTOM infant and child mattresses typically ship in 7-10 business days and are not returnable after they have been ordered.
All adult mattresses ship in approximately 2 to 4 weeks and can not be returned once opened due to health/sanitation concerns. However, they usually can be shipped immediately for an additional 12% of purchase price. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted to the manufacturer.
All CUSTOM adult mattresses are shipped in approximately 30 days and are not returnable after they have been ordered.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for Pacific Rim cribs to be made and shipped.
Please keep in mind that address verification and credit card authorization must be received prior to processing. We are not liable for Shipping Carrier's Performance in any way since this is out of our control.

CRIB MATTRESSES: Our crib mattresses ground ship to Canada for around $80 of which we will pay $35. UPS collects $25 clearance fee at the border. They ground ship to Alaska and Hawaii for around $150 of which we will pay $35.
Air Cleaners, Twin size or larger Mattresses & Furniture:
When purchasing any of these heavy items you will be charged "estimated shipping" at checkout. If actual shipping charges exceed what you were quoted at checkout you will receive a shipping quote email for your exact destination. We feel sure you will like it, but if for any reason you don't, you are under No Obligation and your order will be canceled without hassle.

Since rates vary widely on foreign orders...we will request a shipping quote from the manufacturer, and send you an electronic bill for the difference between shipping to your destination vs. shipping to the lower 48 states. Only orders of $99 or more will receive a credit for what shipping to the contiguous U.S. would have been. You will receive an electronic bill through PayPal for which you are under No Obligation to accept. We feel sure you will like it, but if for some reason you don't, then your order will be cancelled without hassle once you contact us through our online contact form letting us know you want to cancel the foreign order. We encourage you to check your country's policies on charging duty or other additional fees and taxes, as these will not be included in the costs of goods or shipping.
Lost items are subject to verification. In the event that you believe that your items have been lost or stolen please contact The Natural Organic Baby Inc. as soon as possible to help expedite process and claims.
